We're still kickin'
I'm here- but my computer unfortunately is not communicating with the world. We have had big adventures over the past week, but don't worry- only one hospital admission. I'll write more SOON, but for now, please know that we are all okay.

We jumped right in to travel league!
Our crazy summer has begun! We were in Madison this weekend for Mike's first fastball tournament. Unfortunately, the games on Sunday were called off due to rain, but it was very nice to be able to stay with Bridget, and play with her and Maren. We kept them company, while Steve was back in MN for the fishing opener. We took the kids to the Vilas Zoo in Madison, and it was the first time for all of us. A really wanted to see giraffes, but their area was under construction.
Tomorrow we are going to Mom's retirement dinner, after a reception at the school in Jordan. Then A's 2 year old Play Pals graduation is on Wednesday morning, the school party is Thursday evening, and we are heading to Wisconsin again for a ball tournament. This time we are staying at my parents' land, which is a short drive from the tournament. I hopefully will not encounter any evil ticks- I HATE ticks!!!!

Birthday Party Pictures, as Previously Promised
B's Puppy Party (March 4) photos:
B is not too sure of his bike yet
B really liked his store-bought, sugar-laden, non-sweetened with golden raisins and apple juice concentrate cake!
A's Bunny Brunch (April 15) Photos:
A loved her fairy dress from Grandma and Grandpa J!
We had pancake cake on the patio, after our trip to the nearby park.

Crazy Legs, Crazy Mommy, Crazy Days
We had a really nice time in Madison this weekend. In fact, A was ready to head back to Madison on our trip home from Madison! Steve ran the 5 mile race, while G&G, Bridget, Maren, A, B, and I did the walk down State St and through campus, ending on the field at Camp Randall. There were a lot of people out and about in Madison on Saturday!!! It was fun to be among them. It was so fun watching the cousins play together- I think it gave us a glimpse of what family camping trips will be like the future!
Other than the weekend trip, things have been pretty uneventful around here. No new walkers or talkers yet. B seems like he is about to burst- he is just on the verge of figuring everything out! A has really been enjoying school, gymnastics, and playing with a whole new gang of "aminals." She has a really involved scenario involving all of her animals, with going on a train, going to the doctor, etc. which keeps her and Teddy busy for hours. She tried a bite of steak the other night, but I wouldn't say we're able to call her a full-fledged carnivore just yet.
I've been busy planning our schedule of activities for the summer. A is signed up for Book Buddies- 9 until noon every Friday! Woo hoo! And since we are planning on going on a lot of out of town fastball trips, I signed B up for block time at the family center, so I can stay home and pack the family vehicle. A will move up a class in gymnastics since she is now three- that means that B and I get to watch, or go to Target for an hour! My little girl is growing up!!! A also is going to a two week swim camp at Foss- swimming every day for 8 lessons in a row. Hopefully she'll learn a bunch of new skills that we can practice all summer long at the lake/pool/bathtub/
wherever.
